Project Description

Planning and managing security for events, exhibitions, conferences is also provided by our staff. The Security Plan and its implementation will cover all phases of the event; before, during and after the event to ensure protection of organizers and their assets, participants and their belongings.

We provide security in and around the area of the event, by combining highly trained staff with the use of technology.

The following are provided:

  • Physical presence in the areas of the event
  • Support teams (Operations and Control Room, gathering and analysis of information)
  • Technical means (cameras, control systems, vehicles)

In order to achieve the best possible result, we combine highly trained security staff with the use of technology in and around the area of the events. Abiding by the laws and all the relevant provisions stemming from them, certified staff of Security Solutions Institute will be able to supervise the areas of the event using Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV).

Additionally, using cutting-edge technology, our partners’ specialized staff can carry out an inspection of the premises before a conference, convention, meeting, etc., to ensure that they are free of any electronic surveillance devices.

All the services we offer can be implemented with the contribution of the following factors:

  1. Appropriate security staff
    • experienced and highly trained staff who have formerly participated in international missions and operations
    • appropriately licensed or certified

    • Vehicles to cover the needs on land
    • Watercrafts to cover the needs at sea

  1. Open-source intelligence collection and analysis. A special analyst can be assigned to the protection team.
  1. Operations and Control Room which will coordinate the movements of all the people involved and be at their disposal during every mission.
  1. Communication between the members of the Protection Team; between members, the Client’s liaison and the Client; between the members, the Control Room and the Police; and between the Client and the Control Room.
  1. Panic button. The Client or their liaison can be equipped with an alarm activation device to optimize communication with the protection team and the Operations and Control Room.
  1. Quick Reaction Force (QRF) ready to intervene in the event of an emergency. Its mission will be to respond and assist in the evacuation of the Client and the close protection team to a safe haven.
  1. One team member will be a certified paramedic, able to provide pre-hospital care and stabilize the injured or otherwise afflicted individual until the specialized medical staff take over.
  1. Medical Evacuation. Ability to promptly transfer the injured individual to a hospital by land or air.
  1. Safe haven.
  1. Air support with the use of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, movement monitoring.
  1. Use of appropriate tactics
    • Alternative action scenarios in place for implementation and response
    • Use of tactics according to the standards of the special forces of Law Enforcement Agencies
    • Keeping a low profile and avoiding provocation
    • Counter surveillance for threat detection
    • Threat detection during the stages of cycle attacks nearing the Client and the protection team
  1. An independent supervisor/coordinator of the Institute will serve as the liaison between the Client and the Close Protection Team. At the Client’s request, this duty can be assigned to a member of their own team, and the Client can communicate with one of the Institute’s senior executives instead.
Primary goal

Our first objective is to create an effective system that will provide security to all the people involved, both on the Client’s and on the Institute’s side. To this end, the Institute’s policy is the creation of a hard target, aiming at the prevention and avoidance of any sort of engagement. To achieve this, certain preventive measures will be taken in order to avoid the team’s engagement in any unwelcome situation, operating by the adage “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure”.

In the case of engagement

This, however, doesn’t only depend on our own intentions and actions. If a threat arises putting the Client at immediate risk, then the protection team will take action, taking the following under consideration:

  • The objective is the quickest possible disengagement without casualties or other consequences.
  • Minimization of damages.
  • Immediate response of the team members in order to confront the threat and secure the Client.
  • Neutralization of the threat according to the internationally accepted Rules of Engagement.
  • Evacuation of the Client(s) from the problem area.
  • Transportation of the Client(s) to a safe haven.

After or during engagement

  • Mobilization of the Quick Reaction Force.
  • Administration of First Aid on site.
  • Immediate transfer of the injured or otherwise afflicted individual to a hospital by land or air.
  • Informing the authorities so they can also take action.
